Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center

Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center uses the Eceptionist SaaS to support international referrals, second opinions, and econsult services for their international services clients from around the world.

TELUS Health Care Centres

Telus Healthcare Centres approached Eceptionist in the fall of 2019 to implement a customer facing scheduling portal that could integrate with their in-house system leveraging both standard and custom APIs. Eceptionist was selected for its off-the-shelf scheduling solutions that are embedded with sophisticated, customer engagement tools along with its experience integrating with custom solutions.

Children’s Hospital of Orange County

In 2018, CHOC selected Eceptionist to implement a referral portal that would facilitate a closed-loop referral process for community providers to electronically submit or fax referrals to CHOC specialty care divisions.

Dana-Farber Cancer Institute

CMCF quickly experienced efficiencies after implementing EceptionistCX. Communication between the clinical departments and labs improved along with overall satisfaction with the scheduling process.

 

Louisiana Department of Corrections

In the nearly 10 years since launch, EceptionistCX has been integrated with CAJUN, the statewide system for managing the prison population and Fusion, a correctional facility focused EHR. Louisiana Department of Corrections processes thousands of referrals and appointments each month.

NHS Lincolnshire Clinical Commission Group

NHS Lincolnshire Clinical Commission Group (CCG) uses EceptionistCX as the platform to manage its Elective Activity Coordination Hub (EACH), a central referral service supporting general practice, community, nurse practitioner, and hospital-based referrals to specialty care.

 

Vail Health

In November 2020, EceptionistCX and Vail Health began working to define the scheduling workflows and consumer experience. Vail Health’s VaxManagerCX scheduling portal launched 5 weeks later as a stand-alone solution. Integration from VaxManagerCX to Vail Health’s EHRs was incorporated a few months later during phase two of the project. At its peak, between 1,500-2,000 COVID-19 tests and vaccine appointments were being self-scheduled through the VaxManagerCX self-scheduling portal every day

Southern Health and Social Care Trust

This United Kingdom based trust is using the EceptionistCX service to manage their dermatology eConsultCX service that has been inserted in front of the traditional referral process. The eConsult service is used to determine which patients need to see the dermatologists in person as well as a tool to provide recommendations and treatment plans to the referring providers in the event the patient does not need to be seen in person.

 

Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information

As part of this project, Eceptionist’s scheduling tools were integrated with the provincial third-party tools including the provincial portal (HEALTH eNL – Orion health portal) to support real-time scheduling of vascular lab tests through the HEALTH eNL portal.
